What I DID:   I am  the guy who built the VCNAA website.  I also Maintain it.

  I set up the Following:
 
 
The Hosting Package at GoDaddy.com

The Domain Name

The Email for the Domain

The FTP for the Domain

The MySql Database for the Domain

The Content Management System (CMS, Joomla! )

The Template for the Website  (Fluid website expands to fill ANY sized screen)
 
Designed the VCNAA Top Banner and all revisions
 
Re-wrote  the PHP Code of the template to accommodate the needs of the VCNAA Website.
 
Re-wrote the HTML code of the template to accommodate the needs of the VCNAA Website.
 
Re-wrote the CSS code of the template to accommodate the needs of the VCNAA Website.
 
Re-Configured the entire website to be "Search Engine friendly" and optimized it to get a higher page rank  rating in the top 3 search engines.
 
Re-Configured the functions of the Website Server Database for optimal Speed .  15 simultaneous page requests PER SECOND can now be handled.
 
Set up the  Web Site "Tracker" on the front page to count demographic information about the "Hits" VCNAA gets.
 
Submitted the VCNAA Website to Google, MNS Live Search, Yahoo and a few others.
 
RESULTS:  The Search engines listed the Website after 3 days .. NOT the Usual 3 -6 weeks.
Added the "Translation Module". 
 
Added the " VCNAA sponsored by, Module", designed the sponsor ad.
 
Added the " Banner ad, Module", designed the sponsor banner ad.
 
Added the " Register to Vote ! !, Module", re-sized the original Image.
 
 
Implemented Shockwave Flash code rendering capabilities, via cross domain access.

Implemented Live Streaming Media capabilities, bypassing cross domain encrypted data stream lock-outs.
